Interior and exterior trim parts are technical components that support assembly, ensure aesthetic continuity, and provide functional integration within automotive interiors and exteriors. These components are typically polymer-based and may require replacement due to breakage, deformation, or limited availability of original spare parts.
GKSAN does not perform mass production or sell standard trim products. Using FDM-based manufacturing technologies, existing parts are digitally reconstructed through reverse engineering, revised when necessary, and reproduced in low volumes. This approach enables fast and cost-effective solutions, particularly for discontinued, hard-to-source, or vehicle-specific trim components.
Produced trim parts include door panel clips, air vent connection elements, instrument panel rear supports, center console housings, and similar auxiliary components. All parts are delivered after fit and functional validation and are not classified as load-bearing or safety-critical components
