Consultancy Process
The consultancy process starts with the company's Current Situation Assessment. A pre-assessment meeting is held where the scope of the company's field of activity, goals and expectations are discussed, and the evaluation criteria are determined in the current situation assessment study. In the Current Situation Assessment, the organizational structure of the company, departments in the organizational hierarchy, job descriptions, responsibilities and authorities of department heads, process flows, current practices, activity plans, current customer satisfaction performance, productivity performances are examined and data are collected and a current situation assessment report is created with the data obtained. With the evaluation report obtained, strategic planning activities are initiated according to the company's goals and expectations.
